Then eventually QC45 will be discontinued. If you guys don’t complain about this, Bose won’t put in the effort to make good products anymore and everyone will just buy the overhyped, terrible sound Xm4.
Tell me, what else am I supposed to look forward to? The update made my headphones ANC essentially useless and now it is just 10 hour battery life regular BT headphones. Fine, I will buy a new one, except now it’s only an additional 4 hours more battery life after 5 years with SMALLER battery. Bose doesn’t want you to do that, they just want you to buy a new one. Okay, so am I supposed to replace the battery? That is out of warranty and they are asking $259. The current QC 35 only has around 400mah in battery capacity, is adding more such a technological challenge? A 30 hour battery life means an extra 5 hours of battery life in year 4. You don’t buy a $300 plus headphones to use for only a year. Battery will always degrade and my capacity is down to only 10 hours. Simple, because my battery is no longer 20 hours any more (4th year). The important thing is to stick to Bose so it continues to come out new Bose products in different styles. Everyone has a different taste and liking, no one can decide that QC is best just because it has been around the longest, many like 700. Buy what you like and ignore what you do not like. Let all the Bose fans who loved the QC 35 buy the new QC 45 and everything will be fine. Personally, I look forward to the replacement for NCH 700 more than QC 45. But everyone thinks differently and luckily it is, there is a headphone for everyone regardless of whether it is Sony XM4 or Bose NCH 700 or new QC 45. Just hope that the QC 45 has the super conversational sound that the NCH 700 has, the wonderful sound when you speek in the headphone, but they should put it in, then Bose fans are very obsessed that everything should just look like the QX 35 (25) while the NCH 700 has a much better and more delicious design. Bose, the company sells its products throughout the world.īose is best known for its home audio systems and speakers, noise cancelling headphones, professional audio systems, and automobile sound systems. QC45 is priced to beat the XM4 as a travel headphone. Bose has said a couple times that the 700 is a separate product and it’s priced at a higher end than these. Still think once the QC45 debuts the 700 goes away.
